3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:

Data Harvesting and Scraping

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically harvesting data from the Service by any means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to extract content, user data, or platform information.
• Accessing the Service through any automated means other than standard browser or official app use.

Harmful or Harassing Content

• Sharing, uploading, or transmitting content that harasses, intimidates, or threatens other users.
• Posting abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonating other users, real persons, or any entity.

Commercial Misuse of AI Insights

• Reselling, licensing, or otherwise commercially redistributing AI-generated insights, pattern analyses, or recommendations produced by the Service.
• Incorporating AI insights from the Service into commercial products, services, or publications without express written permission from CaptAIn's Log.

False or Fabricated Data

• Uploading, submitting, or logging false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading catch data, trip records, or any other information on the Service.
• Manipulating catch records or leaderboard standings through dishonest means.

Unauthorized Access

• Attempting to access, view, or modify another user's private data, trips, catches, or account information without their explicit authorization.
• Attempting to circumvent authentication, authorization, or any other security mechanisms of the Service.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or any associated systems.

Other Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
